Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Sunkissed Babe Co. are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Each item is produced specifically for your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and any damage.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Because production may begin quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production.
